1. Services Disclaimer

All Bright Business Solutions provides lead automation, CRM, and commercial insurance services tailored to local and service-based businesses. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Services may evolve as technology, platform capabilities, and business needs change. This includes updates to automation workflows, CRM features, communication tools, and insurance offerings. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes.

Insurance products and availability are subject to carrier underwriting guidelines, state regulations, and individual eligibility. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific coverage, rate, or carrier at any given time.

2. Payment Terms

Setup Fees

Certain services require a one-time setup fee due at the time of onboarding. Setup fees cover account configuration, system integration, and initial workflow buildout. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

Monthly Billing

Ongoing services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date your service is activated. Invoices are generated automatically and payment is due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

Late Payments

Accounts with outstanding balances past the due date may be subject to service interruption. All Bright Business Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts that remain unpaid for more than 7 days past the due date. Reinstatement of suspended services may require payment of the outstanding balance along with a reinstatement fee.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to us via email at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, your access to automation tools, CRM features, and associated services will remain active through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

All Bright Business Solutions reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account at its discretion in cases of policy violations, non-payment, or misuse of services.

4. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive SMS and text messages from All Bright Business Solutions and, where applicable, on behalf of your business through our automation platform.

Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, lead notifications, follow-up sequences, and informational communications. Message frequency will vary based on your selected services and lead volume.

Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP.

SMS services are powered by Twilio and are subject to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy. We are not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Bright Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of leads, loss of revenue, missed communications, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to All Bright Business Solutions in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, lead conversion rates, insurance savings, or revenue growth as a result of using our services. Results vary by business type, market, and effort.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, workflows, copy, design, and technology created or provided by All Bright Business Solutions — including but not limited to website content, automation templates, and marketing materials — are the sole intellectual property of All Bright Business Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided as part of their active service engagement. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, or modification of our materials without prior written consent.

Any content, data, or materials you provide to us remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.

7. No Professional Advice

The information provided on our website and through our services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional insurance advice.
